Strengthening Nail Oil Recipe:
- Container for Nail Oil
- Teaspoon Measure
- Clean Droppers, if needed
- Jojoba Oil, Evening Primrose, or Borage Oil – 5 drops total
- Lemon Oil – 8 drops
- Vitamin E Oil – 4 drops
- Carrot Oil – 3 drops
- Lavender or Rosemary Oil – 2 drops
- Avocado, Almond, Apricot or Grapeseed Oil – 3 to 4 tablespoons total, depending on container size
BLEND: Gently mix above oils in the appropriate container of your choice.
USE: Massage into nail beds nightly for best results.
